Voice and text have different workflows

Voice translation is useful when participants are already talking. Text translation is useful for messages that people want to read at their own pace. NeuroVox also provides flag-reaction text translation; its character allowance is separate from the daily voice allowance. Check the pricing page for both limits.

Check the language pair and the access

Free includes French, English, Spanish, German and Portuguese. A pair involving another configured language requires a paid plan. For voice, configure the source and target explicitly with !lang, then test a short sentence. Do not assume that one person’s individual subscription covers every speaker.

  2. Prepare your voice channel

    Invite the bot to a server you manage, join a voice channel and run !join in a text channel.

  3. Run your first test

    Choose your languages with !lang en fr, then say a sentence. The guide waits for a confirmed spoken translation.

How does the paid trial work?

Eligible new customers can get 7 days on a monthly subscription. Stripe requests a payment method and charges after the trial unless you cancel. Annual billing is upfront with no trial.

What happens to audio and transcripts?

The service processes audio, text and synthesized speech; histories or recaps may be available depending on settings. See the privacy policy and contact support for retention periods and providers.

Is translation instant?

It is designed for live conversations. Delay depends on sentence length, network and voice services; no fixed latency is guaranteed.
