2. Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

Discord User ID — for authentication and subscription management.
Discord Username — for display in the dashboard.
Email Address — provided by Discord during OAuth login, used for subscription-related communications.
Payment Data — processed exclusively by Stripe. We do not store any credit card numbers.

3. Audio Data

Audio data captured in Discord voice channels is processed in real time for transcription and translation. No audio recordings are stored. Audio is processed in memory and immediately discarded after processing.

4. Purpose of Processing

Provide the real-time voice translation service.
Manage subscriptions and billing.
Provide customer support.

5. Hosting and Sub-processors

Supabase — Database (hosted in the EU).
Stripe — Payment processing.
Vercel — Website hosting.
IONOS — Bot server hosting (Germany).

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your data will be erased within 30 days.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

Right of access to your personal data.
Right to rectification.
Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten").
Right to data portability.
Right to object to processing.
