Discord voice translator: speak and hear translations

NeuroVox translates speech inside a Discord voice channel and reads the translated text aloud. Here is how to prepare a conversation between people who speak different languages.

Voice translation, not just translated messages

A voice translation session combines speech recognition, text translation and spoken playback. Participants can listen in the same Discord channel instead of copying each phrase into another app. Recognition mistakes can still occur: use a clear microphone and check names, numbers and important instructions.

Configure each direction you need

For French to English, use !lang fr en. Add !lang en fr for the reverse direction. Translation rights apply to the person speaking, or to the channel access configured by a Server subscription. Hearing a translation does not automatically give every participant translation rights.
