NeuroMod: 3 New Features That Transform How You Manage Your Discord Server
NeuroMod, the all-in-one AI Discord bot, just shipped a major update with three new features designed for communities that want to go further. AI Agents & Icebreakers, Semantic Moderation, and Automated Support: here's exactly what each one brings to your server.
AI Agents & Icebreakers — AI assistants with real personality. You can now create AI agents directly from the NeuroMod dashboard. Each agent has a name, personality, and precise instructions that you define: a support expert, a community entertainer, an assistant specialized in your niche topic. These agents reply when mentioned in any channel, directly inside tickets, or in designated channels. The new addition in this update is Icebreakers: automated messages that an AI agent sends when a channel has been silent for too long. Riddles, polls, question of the week — the agent picks the right moment to restart the conversation. No more manually animating your server.
Semantic Moderation — AI that understands context before acting. Classic moderation relies on banned word lists, which creates absurd false positives (blocking the word 'kill' in a gaming context, for example). With NeuroMod's semantic moderation, the bot analyzes the actual meaning of the message before taking action. An aggressive message disguised as sarcasm? Detected. A message containing a sensitive word in a neutral context? It passes through. You configure the sensitivity level and automatic actions (warning, mute, deletion, staff alert) from the dashboard. Logs always indicate why each action was triggered, making your moderation auditable and consistent.
Automated Support — Simple tickets handled by AI, 24/7. NeuroMod analyzes every new ticket as soon as it's opened: it identifies the category (bug, question, partnership, report...), assigns a priority, and generates a clear summary for your staff. But the real novelty is that the AI agent can now automatically reply to tickets based on their category. You configure the template responses and escalation conditions: if the AI is confident in its answer, it replies directly; if the ticket is complex or sensitive, it escalates to your team with a pre-written summary. Result: repetitive requests are handled instantly, and your staff only sees tickets that genuinely deserve their attention.
These three features integrate with each other seamlessly. A member joins your server: the Icebreaker agent welcomes them. They post a borderline message: semantic moderation analyzes it in context and acts accordingly. They open a ticket: the support agent responds in seconds. All of this without any manual intervention on your part.
How to enable these features? Go to the NeuroMod dashboard at neuro-vox.online, sign in with Discord, and select your server. Agents, Moderation, and Tickets are in their dedicated sections of the menu. Setup takes less than 10 minutes. A Community plan or higher is required to access AI agents and semantic moderation.
NeuroMod is available at neuro-vox.online. These features are rolling out progressively — if you don't see them yet, make sure your bot is up to date and your plan is active. For any questions, join the support server at discord.gg/GUpaHUqJZK.
